In 2007, Kardashian was invited to co-star in E!'s Keeping Up with the Kardashians, a reality show centering on the lives of her and her sisters Kim and Kourtney. Since the beginning of the series, she has become a significant character on the show and has developed her own fan base. She is known as "the voice of reason" and for her sarcastic remarks.
Kardashian was one of the celebrities competing in the second series of Donald Trump's The Celebrity Apprentice. The season began airing in early 2009. Each celebrity will compete to raise money for their favorite charity; Kardashian's is the Brent Shapiro Foundation for Alcohol and Drug Awareness. Khloé was Project Manager for the second task of the season, and she led her team to victory earning $20,000 for her charity. Kardashian was fired in the sixth episode for her prior DUI, of which Trump learned when her court-mandated return to California caused her to miss part of that episode's project.
In April 2009, both Kourtney and Khloé announced that they get their own reality TV spin-off, which followed their move to launch a Dash store in Miami, Florida. The series, Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, debuted on E! on August 16, 2009 at 10 PM. In between the taping, Khloé also added radio personality to her resume starting May 29, 2009 when she joined Miami Top 40 Mainstream outlet WHYI for a weekly four-hour talk/entertainment program.
